A meal with the vegetables of the shared vegetable garden at the Traversine Villiot garden with all our partners, Paris

The harvest of vegetables realized at the beginning of November in the garden allowed us to organize a meal in the garden of the residence Villiot-Râpée, in the presence of all the actors who interact regularly with the garden.

The lunch was attended by the staff and management of the Bercy nursery and elementary schools, the Villiot crèche, the Paris Anim’ centre and the Bercy CLAJE, as well as our contacts from the City of Paris and Paris Habitat. On the menu, pies cooked with tomatoes, leeks, onions and spinach from the garden, and dishes in sauce with Jerusalem artichokes, potatoes and spinach branches also produced in the garden.
