Use of a “Campagnole” for planting beds at the Garden of skills, Eswatini

The Malanti garden was built on the principle of permaculture with 80 cm wide plots on which the women grow vegetables in association in fairly dense plots.

Densifying the crops allows them to limit water consumption. To prepare and maintain these beds, we have provided the Garden of skills. This tool allows to aerate the soil and to break the clods on a width of 80 cm. It is easy to handle and has wheels that make it easier to maintain the beds.
