In the garden, winter has arrived with its first frosts. Our mandala was not spared, the sweet potatoes died out on a weekend, and the chilies that kept them company did not survive either…
What to do with all the chilies before they spoil? There were far too many to cook them all. So we decided to dry them and make a Christmas tree decorated with garlands of chilli peppers from the garden.
A nice way to link the drying of these and to bring the Christmas spirit to the Grand Potager !
