At St Paul’s School in Leribe, Lesotho, the 6 deaf and hard of hearing young people trained at the educational farm maintain the plots to produce the vegetables cooked at the boarding school canteen.
Some of the crops are grown under a greenhouse with a net to reduce evaporation and protect the crops.
