Harvesting turnip seeds with the children from the Roosboom Halfway House.

In Roosboom, Fisani and Lulu invite the children to discover the seed cycle by harvesting turnip seeds that have gone to seed. From the dried stems, the children detach the pods, then open them one by one to extract the small round seeds, similar to those of cabbages. A simple and fun activity to understand how future vegetable crops are born.
