In the Traversine Villiot garden, Swiss chard has taken root in flower-shaped plots. Next to them, onions have been carefully planted by the CLAJE children, promising a bountiful harvest in the coming months.
As for Jerusalem artichokes, these root vegetables that are as tasty as they are hardy, they have been planted in a shadier corner, where they can flourish undisturbed.
A good watering later… and our garden is now even richer in flavors!
