A jasmine and a fig tree take up residence in the Traversine Villiot garden

posted in: Villiot Garden - Paris

The Traversine Villiot garden often benefits from donations from local residents. A superb olive tree sits in the middle of our mandala.
This summer, the garden was enriched by two newcomers : a large fig tree, which was struggling to flourish on its Parisian balcony, and a jasmine that had outgrown its owner’s apartment.
These two newcomers have taken root in the vegetable garden !
The fig tree has expressed its gratitude by forming its first fruit a few weeks after being transplanted, while the jasmine is enjoying the circular theater at the front of the vegetable garden on which it has started to climb, sharing its delicate fragrance with visitors to the garden !
