Traversine Bercy – Sowing in the greenhouse

Sowing day at Traversine Bercy!
As part of our extracurricular activities with the kindergarten, we got 10 children involved in sowing vegetables adapted to the season.
Beans, spinach and chard were on the agenda…
To sow the seeds with the right spacing between them, we first dug small furrows with the right spacing between them. Then, we gave the children a little stick to calculate the distance between two seeds in each furrow.
The distance varies, of course, depending on the seed and its growth.
