Two of the main objectives of the Garden of Skills are to become a training centre in the fields of agroecology and agroforestry, as well as nutrition, while developing a catering activity.
It is important to ensure good management and monitoring of the harvests in order to quickly achieve food self-sufficiency on the site. For this reason, the women of the garden have measured the different cultivation beds and the boundaries of the land in order to create a map of the garden that will be updated throughout the seasons. This will also allow the crop rotation to be planned over several years.
