The compost ritual of the children at the Villiot nursery

The children of the Villiot nursery are happily resuming their little routines in the Traversine garden, located right next to the nursery.

Like real little gardeners, they come to put kitchen peelings in the compost bin, as all meals are prepared on site. In addition to the peelings, they have added today another source of biomass: elderberry leaves that they themselves have stripped from freshly pruned branches in the garden.
