Roosboom’s Halfway House greenhouse off to a promising start

Set up in January 2025, the greenhouse at Roosboom’s Halfway House is off to a great start!

This is the fruit of the collective efforts of the entire garden team, who prepared the growing beds, installed the automatic watering system and launched the first carrot seedlings in the ground.

At the same time, several hundred chard plants were grown in the nursery before being recently transplanted.

These crops were chosen for their adaptability to the climatic conditions of the approaching austral winter.
