Onion and oca planting with the children of the nursery in the garden of Villiot, Paris

The children from the nursery were introduced to gardening at the Villiot garden by planting onion and oca bulbs on the earth beds that form the mandala.

In the holes dug with their little shovels, they put potting soil to enrich the soil, placed the onions or ocas and then finished by watering it all. The children also enjoyed watching the earthworms and beetles.
