With the water reservoir just in place to collect water pumped from the ground by the Halfway house borehole, the plumber laid a large-diameter line from the borehole along the length of the greenhouse to install the drip system. 4 pre-drilled watering lines are drawn perpendicularly from this tube to supply each crop bed.
Once the soil has been prepared and the seedlings planted, the dripper will be held in place by wire ties planted into the ground.
There’s still some work to be done before all the beds are ready, but in a few weeks’ time, the greenhouse will be fully effective!
