To ensure regular vegetable production throughout the year, it’s essential to maintain a continuously active nursery. Every week, new trays are sown, while others, having reached maturity, are released to join the growing beds. This regular rhythm not only ensures a constant supply of young plants, but also means that harvests of the same species can be spread out over the season.
