Following the departure of the gardener in July 2020, the three women who look after Roosboom’s children at half time, wished to take over his job and share the activity of maintaining the garden.
They look after the garden 2 hours a day, before preparing meals for the 35 children who are cared for daily at the “Half Way House”. In the photos, you can see the women watering the crops and preparing new seedlings.
