Record cabbage production at Levi’s Nek Farm, Lesotho

CThis year, the young residents of Levi’s Nek Farm have had an exceptional harvest: 800 impressively large cabbages!
To optimise sales, the harvests are staggered, which allows demand to be met gradually and production to be sold over a longer period.
Some of these vegetables will be purchased by The Ivory Foundation for distribution to HIV-positive patients monitored by the Levi’s Nek health centre, thereby helping to improve their diet and nutritional balance.
