Fodder farming at St Monica’s farm

The aim of St Monica’s farm is to develop a self-sufficient economic model.

Among the solutions to achieve this, the young farmers have developed a fodder production plot to reduce the cost of buying fodder. Every day, the young people use a sickle to cut some fresh fodder to supplement what the animals find themselves in the meadow, or the shredded plant material (maize stalks) also produced on the farm.fodder with a fossil to supplement what the animals find themselves in the meadow.
