On a table installed near the aromatics spiral of the Grand Potager (Domaine de Fontenille), the Lauris preschool children played aromatic memory.
In each little pot is an aromatic herb (lemon balm, thyme, rosemary, chives, sage). The children win when they find a pair of herbs by opening two pots. If the two herbs are different, it is then up to the neighbor to try. Through this fun activity, the children were able to discover and smell some of the aromatic herbs in the garden.
