Construction of individual dwellings on the Levi’s Nek farm, Lesotho

As an extension to the existing dormitories, three individual houses are planned for three of the most involved young deaf and hard-of-hearing people on Levi’s Nek farm.
Following the installation of the shared toilet block and kitchen, two housing units are already being completed.
These homes will enable young people who wish to do so to make a permanent home for themselves on the shared farm.
The aim is to maintain their involvement in the life of this farm, which welcomes young people with varying degrees of independence, and to preserve the precious bond that has united them for nearly ten years for some of them.
