Taste Week – Stage 1 – Harvesting vegetables from the Traversine Bercy garden

At the start of this mild, sunny autumn, we harvested the last of the vegetables from the Bercy school garden!
Leeks, tomatoes, chard, butternut, beans… We harvested a generous basket to cook them for the Semaine du Goût (Taste Week).
It was a real opportunity for the children to experiment the concept “from fork to fork” and taste the fruits of their labor in the kitchen garden, and for many of them, to discover new flavors.
