As part of its commitment to agro-ecology, The Ivory Foundation has installed a greenhouse at the Village Pilote association in Senegal.
The aim of the project is to produce local seeds and a large quantity of vegetables to make the centre for street children more self-sufficient in food.
The greenhouse is now in full production and overflowing with vegetables!
It’s a great success story, led by Blaise, the man in charge of the garden, assisted by the children taken in by the association.
The harvests will provide a valuable reserve of seeds for the seasons to come.
