As winter draws to a close, it’s time for the youngsters to shear the sheep! It’s a great opportunity to try out the new professional shears they now have for this task. The wool collected will be resold and will help to generate income for the farm, in particular to buy the food supplements for the animals, in addition to the fodder they collect in the meadows.
