Samosas Party at the Traversine Villiot Garden, Paris.


Discover in pictures a cooking activity offered by the Desigining hope association in collaboration with the Centre Paris Anim’ Annie Fratellini. As part of the activities carried out in the Traversine Villiot garden, in the heart of the Villiot-Rapée residence, the children took part in a complete session ‘from the vegetable garden to the plate’. After harvesting freshly grown spinach from the garden beds, they enjoyed discovering each stage of the preparation process: washing the leaves, chopping them, cooking them with onions, cutting potatoes and feta cheese into cubes… before learning the delicate art of folding them into perfect triangles to make delicious samosas. This fun, tasty and educational workshop was a real success: the children devoured every last samosa!
