Characteristics: Brown leaves,
presence of red spots under the leaf.
Treat with Neem oil diluted with the sprayer,
on the top and underside of the leaf.
When crops are too badly affected
the diseased plants should be uprooted
and burn them, then
collect the leaves that have fallen to the ground
and burn them.
