For the past few months, the shared garden at Kambene Kafo, adjacent to the Dawady health center, has been revitalized by the overburdening of the well, which is now fully operational.
Deepened by 10 m, the well provides the water needed for both market garden production and seed crops.
Given the short time available before the onset of the rainy season, the women planted mainly fast-growing bissap.
A more diversified vegetable production will be launched after the rainy season.
